Frequently Asked Questions
Questions we often hear from organizations considering working with us.
Are you a service design agency?
Service design has its place in most journeys — and when design craft is needed, we bring the right experts around you. Our own focus is service thinking: connecting strategy, people, services, technology and creativity, and building the ways of working needed to develop and manage services over the long term.
Do you have references or case studies?
We are building our collection of client stories. Some of our work is covered on our Stories page. Many of our client engagements are confidential, but we are happy to discuss relevant experience during a conversation. You can also find individual reviews and feedback in the references section of our online shop.
Do you offer training and support in project management?
Much of organizational development happens through projects. New services are designed, operating models are changed and technologies are implemented through project work. We offer practical project management training ranging from fundamentals to certification-focused programs.
Do you work with AI or help organization with AI adoption?
AI is part of many conversations we have with service organizations today. We see AI as an enabler, not a starting point. Before adopting AI, organizations benefit from understanding their services, customers and operating models clearly. We help build these foundations so that AI can be adopted meaningfully and create real value.
Do you work internationally or only in Finland?
We work both in Finland and internationally. Although we are based in Finland, most of our work can be delivered remotely. Location is rarely a limitation.
Do you work in Finnish or English?
Both. Conversations, consulting, and training can be run in Finnish or in English — whichever fits your organization best. Our platform and written materials are in English.
How do you price your services?
Pricing depends on the type of work, scope and level of involvement. Some services are clearly packaged, while others are shaped together based on your situation. We discuss pricing openly before any work begins. For eLearning courses and related services, pricing is available in our online shop.
How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on the type of work. A focused assessment or workshop can take a few weeks. A broader development program may extend over several months. We always agree on scope and timeline together before starting, and the first phase is typically short and clearly defined.
Is Clorient only for service organizations?
Many of the organizations we work with are already service-driven. Others are transitioning toward a more service-driven model. Where you start does not matter. What matters is the direction you want to move toward.
What accreditations and partnerships do you hold?
We are an Accredited Training Organization (ATO) for ITIL and PRINCE2, an official Project Academy provider, and a USM partner. Behind these, our experts hold more than 30 professional certifications across service management and project management.
What if you are not the right partner for us?
Our priority is that you find the solution that best supports your development. If we believe your situation would benefit more from a different type of expertise or partner, we will say so openly and help you find the right direction.
What's the first step?
The easiest way to start is a conversation where we listen, ask questions and map out your situation together. It's free, takes about 30 minutes and doesn't commit you to anything. From there, we can recommend a focused starting point, whether it's an assessment, a workshop or something else that fits your situation. You can also start right away with an eLearning course from our online shop.
