Who is Clorient for?
We primarily work with growth companies and mid-sized organizations — whether they already have a clear service strategy, or are just beginning to see services as central to their success. Our clients include companies in IT, professional services, manufacturing and financial services.
What is service thinking?
Service thinking is a way of understanding how value is created through services in everyday work. It helps organizations see services as a whole: who they are for, what value they create, how they are delivered and how they can be improved. In practice, service thinking gives teams a shared language, helps clarify roles and priorities and supports better decisions about how services are developed and led.
What kind of services do you offer?
We help you develop your services, your people, and the way your organization runs them. Our services include assessments, service design and productization, service strategy and management development, and training in service thinking, ITIL, PRINCE2 and project management. eLearning courses are available in our online shop. You can start small and grow from there.
How is this different from service design?
Service design focuses on designing individual services. We work on everything around and after that: the thinking, the leadership, the people, and how services run and improve in everyday work.
