About

Most organizations have more potential in their services than they realize.

We help them see what's already in their service, and build the thinking and leadership to act on it.

Chapter One The Story

Clorient did not begin as a business plan.

It grew from Henri Lindström's long-standing passion for services.

Over time, that passion deepened into a view of service organizations as living ecosystems. At the same time, a belief strengthened that they rarely develop in straight lines, but in phases, like the cycle of the moon.

One summer night, rowing on a quiet lake, these thoughts came together. Looking up at the full moon, the idea of phases became tangible.

From that moment, the story of Clorient began.

Chapter Two The Philosophy
I

How We See the World

Today, nearly every organization is a service organization — whether it sees itself that way or not. More and more are offering services, and finding new value in doing so.

Technology matters more than ever. But on its own, it doesn't create value, or guarantee success.

What does is how an organization creates value through its services, stands out, and builds experiences that stay with people — and how it is led and adapts in a world that keeps changing.

II

The Challenge

For most organizations, there's a next step to take with their services. They're just not sure what it is, or how.

The challenge is rarely a lack of technology or methods. Most already have those.

What's usually missing is harder to name. Clarity about where they're going. A shared direction. A way to turn good ideas into everyday practice, and the leadership to keep renewing as the world keeps changing.

III

Our Role

What they need is usually already there. Our role is to help them see it, and act on it.

We bring the right people around them, and guide the way forward.

We help unlock that potential, and create the conditions for a service organization to shine.

For us, the key is service thinking. Not a method or a trend, but a way of understanding how value is created through services, in a world that keeps changing. It's what helps an organization stand out, adapt, and grow.

IV

What Success Looks Like

When a service organization thrives, it shows everywhere in the ecosystem:

Services stay strong and keep developing.

The organization stands out, and matters to people.

It keeps renewing itself as the world changes.

Employees feel well, and find meaning in their work.

Customers stay because they want to — not because they have to.

Working together with partners feels effortless.

And as a result of all this, the business grows — sustainably.

Chapter Three The Values

People First

People are at the heart of everything we do. They drive creativity and development in every organization.

Experiences and Relevance

We create meaningful services and experiences, together with customers, employees, and partners.

Creativity and Courage

We strive to be different, and to challenge conventional thinking.

Continuous Learning

Always learning, always evolving, in a world that keeps changing.

Chapter Four The Beginning

This is where our story pauses, and where yours begins.

Because the potential is already there.
Just unseen.
