Clorient did not begin as a business plan.

It grew from Henri Lindström's long-standing interest and passion for services and service organizations.

Over time, this passion deepened into a view of service organizations as living ecosystems. At the same time, a belief strengthened that development in service organization rarely happens in straight lines, but in phases, like the cycle of the moon.

One summer night, rowing on a quiet lake, these thoughts began to take shape as a whole. Looking at the night sky and the full moon, the idea of phases became tangible.

From that moment, the story of Clorient began.
