Are you a service design agency?
Service design is an important part of our work, but it is not the whole picture.
We focus on service thinking, which connects strategy, people, services, technology and creativity. Our work goes beyond designing individual services or touchpoints. We help organizations build the ways of working needed to develop and manage services over the long term.
Are your services only related to IT or IT service management?
Our work is not limited to IT or IT service management.
We support organizations in developing services across industries. Services may be technology-enabled, expert-driven or built around physical products.
Service thinking applies in all of these contexts.
Do you work with AI or help organization with AI adoption?
AI is part of many conversations we have with service organizations today.
We see AI as an enabler, not a starting point. Technology alone does not create value if services, processes and ways of working are unclear or if the organization lacks shared direction.

Do you offer training and support in project management?
Much of organizational development happens through projects, or at least by applying project management principles.
New services are designed, operating models are changed and technologies are implemented through project work. That is why project management skills are essential for successful development.
We offer practical project management training ranging from fundamentals to certification-focused programs.
How do you price your services?
Pricing depends on the type of work, scope and level of involvement.
Some services are clearly packaged, while others are shaped together based on your situation. We discuss pricing openly before any work begins.
For some starter services and trainings, pricing and availability are also visible in our online store.
Do you work internationally or only in Finland?
We work both in Finland and EU.
Although we are based in Finland, most of our work can be delivered remotely. Location is rarely a limitation.
